I taught myself how to create pixel artwork in Adobe Illustrator, starting with small one-grid pieces and gradually moving into larger, more detailed illustrations. As I developed my skills, I began experimenting with multiple grids, more complex compositions, and colour palettes featuring over 30 swatches. I enjoy the freedom pixel artwork gives me because it allows me to build images piece by piece while still having full control over shape, colour, and style.

One of my most significant moments while practicing this art style was being contacted by Nickelodeon directly  to have my Blue’s Clues pixel artwork featured in the background of the “You Can’t Spell Blue without YOU!” music video.
