Digital Marketing

For Forward Summit I was responsible for creating, maintaining, and promoting social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. My focus was to build audience interest and excitement through strategic content, including speaker features, relevant industry news, and key statistics. This approach helped grow the online presence significantly, with LinkedIn followers increasing from 2,190 to 4,300 within one year. Post performance also improved, reaching a 6% engagement rate, while website traffic increased by 60% in unique visitors in the months leading up to the event. Using the same method for Workforce Forward, this time an e-learning event rather than in person I was able to increase followers from 989 to 2,450 within one year, achieved a 5% engagement rate, and contributed to a 70% boost in website traffic through strategic use of LinkedIn.

Email Campaigns & Social Media

I designed the email blasts with stronger graphic elements and added interactive clickable buttons that directed users to different event pages. The goal was to promote the event, drive registration, and keep each email visually fresh and engaging.

Web Design 

This project involved web design, visual design, information architecture, layout design, UI, UX, and typography principles. I continued incorporating the brand’s bright colour schemes while maintaining strong white space across each page, sketching wireframes before building to ensure a smooth experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. I also improved the site's performance by reducing image sizes while maintaining quality, which helped lower the combined bounce rate from 80% to 42%.
