Campus Recruitment 

Campus Recruitment was a bi-annual campaign at Graham designed to support the company’s recruitment efforts at schools, tradeshows, and job fairs, with the goal of attracting young talent to the organization.

 

For the last four years, I collaborated with Graham’s external recruitment team to create a wide range of campaign materials, including a digital brochure, large banner stands, double-sided handouts, social media posts, and other print assets. Each piece contributed to Graham’s success in recruiting outside talent and required me to maintain a strong working relationship with JARDEG, the external recruitment team, to ensure all communications were clear, effective, and aligned with brand standards.

 

During my time at Graham, I took full ownership of this project and worked to keep the campaign updated with fresh project highlights, polished visuals, and an eye-catching design.

Stuff-A-Truck

Stuff-A-Truck was an initiative launched at the end of 2024, where each Graham branch was tasked with choosing a charity and collecting items such as food, clothing, or toys to donate.

 

In its first year, I was given a tight two-week deadline to create a fresh logo, animation, and marketing toolkit for the campaign. I used critical thinking to develop a logo based on the Graham truck, which also gave me a strong visual element to animate. At the time, the Graham truck was yellow and widely recognized across the company by its unique color, making it a natural fit for the campaign identity.

 

For the animation, I wanted to create something fun, quick, and easy to understand while still clearly communicating the purpose of the initiative. The campaign was successful and has continued to run each year around the holiday season, giving Graham employees the opportunity to support local charities and food banks. I continued to lead the design, video and animation for this project in following years.
