Template Management

I managed and maintained the company’s corporate template library and internal resource hub. This included creating, updating, and organizing a wide range of branded materials across PowerPoint, MS Word, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.

The templates I developed supported many areas of the business, from presentation decks and proposal documents used to help secure construction projects, to business cards, credit card designs, video assets, and other branded materials used across both Canada and the United States. Each template required a strong understanding of Graham’s brand standards, user needs, and the practical requirements of different teams.

In addition to creating the templates, I managed the internal online resource hub where these files were stored and maintained. This ensured employees could easily find the most up-to-date materials and use them correctly. I also coordinated directly with external printers and internal IT teams to implement templates properly on the backend, troubleshoot issues, and make sure the final materials were accurate, accessible, and ready for

company-wide use.
